When you join the email list we collect your email address and, for our own record-keeping, the date and time, your IP address, browser user-agent, the page/source you signed up from, and any campaign (UTM) parameters. We store this as proof of your consent. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
We use your email only to send updates you asked for — new releases, videos, and show announcements. We use a double opt-in: you must confirm via a link before we ever email you marketing. Email is delivered through our email provider (Resend) and subscriber records are stored in our database (Supabase). These providers process data on our behalf.
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You can also request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing bookings@nunubabymuzik.com.
To prevent abuse we use a bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) and rate limiting on our signup form. These process minimal technical data (such as your IP) solely to block automated abuse.
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change. Material changes to how we use your data will be reflected in an updated consent version for new signups.
