Who we are

What we collect
When you join the email list we collect your email address and, for our own record-keeping, the date and time, your IP address, browser user-agent, the page/source you signed up from, and any campaign (UTM) parameters. We store this as proof of your consent. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
How we use it
We use your email only to send updates you asked for — new releases, videos, and show announcements. We use a double opt-in: you must confirm via a link before we ever email you marketing. Email is delivered through our email provider (Resend) and subscriber records are stored in our database (Supabase). These providers process data on our behalf.
Site analytics
We measure how the site is used with our own first-party system — no third-party analytics, no advertising trackers, and no cookies. We record which pages are opened, which songs and videos are played and for how long, which identity (Ratchet Nu or Nunu Baby) you choose, and the site that referred you.
To do that your browser generates a random id and stores it locally. It isn’t derived from anything about you or your device, it only works on this site, and clearing your browser’s site data resets it.
We do not store IP addresses, your full browser user-agent, or your precise location. Country and region come from the network edge and are recorded only as a country and region; your device is recorded only as mobile, tablet or desktop. Raw event records are deleted after 90 days, leaving only anonymous daily totals.
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we record nothing at all — no id is even created. You can also switch it off here:
Fan requests
If you send a request or message through the site, we store what you wrote, the category you picked, your country, and your email address only if you chose to give one. We use an automated language model to summarise the sentiment and topics across requests so we can see what people are asking for; it never makes decisions about you. Ask us and we’ll delete it.
Your choices
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You can also request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by emailing bookings@nunubabymuzik.com.
Spam protection
To prevent abuse we use a bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) and rate limiting on our signup form. These process minimal technical data (such as your IP) solely to block automated abuse.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change. Material changes to how we use your data will be reflected in an updated consent version for new signups.
